We offer a 90 days warranty on full-price items purchased directly from our website. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and applies to the original purchaser only.

  • Repairs: Include a photo of the item and proof of purchase when requesting repairs at services@kloxet.com Shipping fees for repairs are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty Coverage Plus

  • Color Fading: If the color of your gold-filled or rhodium-plated jewelry fades within 90 days of purchase, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.

  • Unintentionally Broken Items: If your jewelry is unintentionally broken due to normal wear and tear, we will repair or replace it at no cost during the warranty period.
