Returns
We accept returns on all unworn items within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please visit our Online Return Portal.

To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- We accept returns on all items—including earrings—as long as they meet these conditions.
Return Costs

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your Kloxet jewelry is defective or damaged:
- Inspect your items upon receipt.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Processing Time
We aim to process returns within 5 business days of receiving them.
Receiving Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for processing after we receive your item. Bank or credit card processing times may vary.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
