90-Day Warranty At Kloxet, we stand by the quality of our jewelry and are pleased to offer a 90-day warranty on all full-priced items. This warranty covers our gold-filled and rhodium-plated jewelry against the following:

  1. Color Fading: If the color of your gold-filled or rhodium-plated jewelry fades within 90 days of purchase, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.

  2. Unintentionally Broken Items: If your jewelry is unintentionally broken due to normal wear and tear, we will repair or replace it at no cost during the warranty period.

Warranty Conditions

  • The warranty applies only to full-priced items purchased directly from Kloxet.

  • Proof of purchase is required to process any warranty claims.Include a photo of the item and proof of purchase when requesting repairs at services@kloxet.com Shipping fees for repairs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • The warranty does not cover:

    • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or intentional harm.

    • Loss or theft of the item.

    • Damage resulting from exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or cleaning agents.

How to Make a Warranty Claim To initiate a warranty claim:

  2. Provide your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

  3. Ship the item to us as instructed by our team. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid further damage during transit.

Repairs Outside of Warranty If your jewelry requires repair after the 90-day warranty period, we offer repair services for a reasonable fee. Please contact us for an estimate and further instructions.
